What locations do you cover?
imFixed offers a national UK wide call out phone repair service.
With our Call Out service, we send an imFixed Fixer out to you at work or home to repair your device. With this service, we already cover most areas of the UK and are continuing to grow our coverage.
For the areas where we don’t yet have coverage, you can use our Mail In service, where you post your device to us, we fix it the same day and send it back to you the next day by insured delivery.
Are you open at the weekend?
Yes, we are open at the weekends.

If I use imFixed will this void my manufacturer’s warranty?
Like most third-party services, use of our repair services can void your manufacturer’s warranty. The good news is that we use quality parts and provide our own warranty for all our repairs For further details, please click here.
How does the Walk-In Service work?
Our walk-in service is where you visit our store and get your phone (or other device) repaired straight away. Alternately, you can make a booking in advance, which means you save time too. How does the Call- Out Service work?
Our experienced technicians will come to you at home, on holiday or at the workplace to carry out your phone repair. Book a 1 hour time slot via SMS or email for our technician to call in and fix your phone. You only pay after your phone is fixed and the fault is 100% repaired.
Areas covered include : Manchester, Bury, Wigan, and Bolton.

How does the Post-In Service work?
If you are not located in the Bolton area or can’t make it to our store, you can post your device to us for an express repair service.
We can send you a Post-in Pack with pre-paid postage for your convenience.
Just put your device in the pack and send it back to us.
imFixed can repair it the same day and send it back to you via 1st class signed for delivery.

How does the imFixed Repair Service work?
At imFixed phone or tablet repairs, we offer both a Call-Out Service, a Walk-In Service, and a Mail-In Service. Click here to find out more.
How long does a phone repair take?
For a call-out appointment where one of our fixers comes out to you, a typical repair takes about 30 minutes.
For a mail-in repair, where you post your device to our Repair Centre HQ, we aim to fix your device on the same day we receive it and send it back to you by Next Day Insured Delivery.
How much does it cost to repair my phone?

Are all costs included?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden extras.

How do I return my rental phone?
Use the original free post label provided to you during the purchase. If you booked your own courier, please contact imFixed and we will send you a label via email.
What do I need to send with my phone? Do you need the SIM card?
You only need to send us your phone number. We don’t need the SIM card, charger, or any other accessories.
Do you repair water damaged phones?
Yes. We offer a water damage repair service.
Our water damage repair service aims to restore your device back to working order. One of our skilled imFixed Fixers will strip down your device, put it through a chemical cleaning/drying process, and then re-build and test your device.
Due to the nature of water damage, these repairs are not available as a call out service and are only available through our post-in service.
Due to the nature of water damage, not all devices can be repaired as water and electricity don’t mix well and the damage is sometimes beyond repair. We will do everything possible to try to restore your device to functional working order. We have a very good success rate (approximately 8 out of 10 devices are repaired), but we cannot guarantee success. In some instances, your device might still not work after we have carried out this repair. Therefore, the fee for this service is chargeable whether the device is repaired or not.
He long does it take to repair a motherboard related issue?
Any motherboard related issue can take up to 7-14 days.
He long does it take to repair a software related issue?
Any Software related issue can take up to 7-14 days.
What happens if you cannot repair my device? Will I still be charged?
We operate a No Fix, No Fee policy. If we cannot repair your device, you don’t pay.
Can I cancel my repair order?
- If you want to cancel your repair order, you must do this before you send the device to imFixed, and your order will be fully refundable. Once we have received the device and depending on the type of repair, we may not be able to cancel your order.
- The Consumer Contracts regulation stipulates the following:
- Consumers have a right to a refund when an item fails to match the information given prior to purchase and, often more helpfully, for any reason within a minimum 14-day cooling off period. For further details, click here

What parts do you use for repairs?

Do you use genuine Apple parts on Apple products?
Apple itself does not actually sell parts. However, for all our repairs, we only use the highest quality (AAA quality) parts made to the exact specifications of Apple parts and quality controlled. We also offer a comprehensive 12 month warranty on all repairs; see warranty terms and conditions.
Are you an Apple or Samsung authorised supplier?
imFixed is the alternative repair service to Apple or Samsung. We use high-quality parts, and our knowledgeable and experienced technicians provide excellent service that is backed by a 12-month warranty. See warranty terms and conditions.
Will my device remain waterproof after the repair?
When imFixed carries out a repair on a waterproof device that involves opening and closing the device, we cannot guarantee that your device will be 100% waterproof after the repair has been completed.
How do you return my device?
We know how valuable your device is, so we send your device back to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is tracked and insured up to £500.
Is my data safe?
The repair should not in any way affect your data. However, as a precaution, we do advise all customers to back up their data before getting their device repaired.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss of data due to repairs carried out on your device, Please ensure any important data is backed up before the device is booked in.
