Thank you for selecting our Mail in repair service.
This is our most widely accessible service and ideal for customers who do not live near one of our service centres.
What's the process?
We will organise our couriers to collect from you at your convenience. They will come with packaging so no need to worry about any packaging at all.
The couriers will come and put your device in a container and bring to us within 24 hours tracked and insured.
Once we receive your device, we will diagnose the issue, complete the repair, and mail your device back to you.
How long will it take?
Usually, your device will be returned to you within 24 - 48 hours from the point we receive your device at our central service centre.
In certain circumstances, depending on the nature of the issue and parts availability, your repair may take longer than this. In these circumstances we will contact you so that you remain up to date on how your repair is progressing.

In most cases we are able to fix most issue on all devices but if your device is the anomaly will return to you and refund you for the issue.

How long do call out repairs take for my device?
Call out Repairs: These are usually done within 30 minutes once we arrive at your location. If any different the technician will advise you otherwise.
What Warranty comes with the repair of my device?
Most repairs come with 12 months warranty not including wear and tear and any damage.
How long do in-store repairs usually take?
In-store: In most cases devices are usually repaired in 30 mins but if the repair is more complex or parts have to be ordered in it could take 48 hours.
How long do mail-in repairs usually take?
Mail-in: Once we have received the device it could take 1-3 days, if the repair is more complex or we diagnose further issues, it could possibly take a few more days.
What to do if we are not local to fix your device?
We have a mail-in option for customers who are not local to bolton, which allows the customers device to be collected from the comfort of there own home with the peace of mind that it is fully insured and protected. If your within 15 miles of the store we also offer a call out repair which is where we come to you and repair your device outside home or desired location.
